Francesco Annibali, freelance journalist, year of birth 1973, graduated in Philosophy in Bologna with a graduation thesis in semiotics. He has always been living in Civitanova Marche (MC).
Since 1997, he has been dealing with education, communication and events in the food and wine sector. Teacher at AIS (Italian Sommelier Association), at ONAV (Wine Tasters National Organization), and further bodies and associations specialized on tasting technique and wine geography.
Chief of the press office “FAEC – languages for the agri-food sector”, editor of Doctorwine and Guida Essenziale ai Vini d’Italia (Essential Guide to the Wines of Italy) by Daniele Cernilli. In 2015 he wrote the successful “Il Verdicchio fra Jesi e Matelica” (Verdicchio Wine between Jesi and Matelica), published by Aliberti Editore.
